Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using FlowMint’s website, browser extensions (including FlowMint Recorder and FlowMint Test Evidence), or related services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Products and services

FlowMint provides:

  • FlowMint Recorder — A browser extension to record browser tests and export them to code (Playwright, Python, Java, C#, Ruby).
  • FlowMint Test Evidence — A browser extension to record user actions with screenshots and export reports (PDF, HTML, JSON).
  • Pro plans — Paid plans that unlock additional features. Payment and license terms are described on the payment page.

License and use

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for your personal or internal business use. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute our software or services without our written permission.

Free and Pro

Free versions of our extensions are available with limited features. Pro features require a valid license obtained through our payment process. License keys are for the purchaser’s use; sharing or redistributing license keys may result in termination.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software except as permitted by law.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
  • Use the Services to harm, harass, or infringe the rights of others.
  • Circumvent license or payment mechanisms or share license keys improperly.

Payments and refunds

Payments for Pro plans are processed as described on our payment page. Prices are in the currency shown (e.g. INR). Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us at the email provided on the contact page.

Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not collect or transmit your recorded tests or evidence to our servers; data stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. You use the Services at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage or loss arising from your use of recorded tests or exported code in your environment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowMint and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your license to use Pro features ceases; the free version may remain usable subject to these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service. We will indicate the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes may also be communicated via our website or extension store listings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
